All Service Heating & Air quickly became a cornerstone of the community, earning a reputation for steadfast dependability and knowledgeable service. Widespread recognition soon followed, with the company’s growing success leading to numerous awards and honors.

Wayne Polen retired in 2006, but not before ensuring the company he built would remain in good hands. Having grown up in the heating and air conditioning industry, Josh McGill was a natural choice to succeed his grandfather. Under Wayne’s tutelage, Josh developed both a comprehensive knowledge of the industry and an abiding commitment to the company’s core values. Mr. Polen passed away in 2008, but All Service Heating & Air remains true to his original vision. Josh McGill has built on his grandfather’s legacy, reinforcing the importance of high-quality workmanship, principled service, and rock-solid professional ethics. Josh brings nearly two decades of experience installing, repairing, selling, and servicing all makes and models of HVAC equipment.

When Josh isn’t hard at work, he’s busy spending time with his twin boys, James and Logan, and his baby girl, Hailey. Like his grandfather before him, he intends to continue serving the people of North Texas for years to come.
